Making A Purchase Please Note: You can add concert cancellation insurance at 10% either at the time of the booking or by contacting us by email or calling us once you have had your booking confirmation via the post which will give you extensive details of the cover provided.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit/debit card payment along with Switch, MasterCard and Visa. Please note all charges will show on your statements as Europe Calling. If you are shopping from outside the UK your Credit Card statement will convert the costs to your own currency. The final ticket & hotel details are sent out usually 7-10 days before the show date. If for any reason the postage is delayed due to late receipt of ticket(s), we will endeavour to keep all clients informed of any changes.

When confirmation of order is received via email, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a further confirmation via the post. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. All bookings made are with us however confirmed shall be deemed to acceptance & agreement of our terms and conditions.

As all dispatched ticket(s) have to be "signed for" at the card holders address or collected from the sorting office any tickets or packages not arriving 5 days before the event date, the client must inform one of our staff on 08707 444 707 - Dialling from outside the UK: +44 8707 444 707 as soon as we can possible. At the time of booking please make sure all details in address are correct to save time with the delivery making sure post code and house number are clear. It is also important to show full name and daytime telephone number. Please check your booking details before completing your order to ensure there is no mistakes. Please note that ticket duplication for seats or standing at any venue is not guaranteed and in most cases not possible, so it is advisable for the client to inform us as soon as possible if they think their package has gone astray. All posted items are insured, so we can handle any claims on your behalf and also we will then endeavour to do our best to replace or provide alternative ticket(s) for the show or event. We cannot guarantee that this may be possible and if that is the case a full refund will be made to you in due course, usually once a postal investigation has been completed.

Returns Policy: All bookings once processed are final and cannot be cancelled exchanged or refunded at the request of the client. If the actual event / show is later cancelled, postponed or rescheduled, no amendments will be made until new dates have been confirmed. If any event / show is cancelled a refund will be issued for the face value of each ticket booked only and the hotel element will remain booked (see additional concert cancellation cover). If any show / event is postponed for any reason we cannot be held responsible for such circumstance, which is beyond our control, all tickets purchased should be used for the new date scheduled, all clients will be informed of new dates and if any changes need to be made to ticket or the hotel already booked. Any refund to be made due to a postponed event will have to be confirmed in writing by the client and agreed by Europe Calling Ltd minus our original booking fee, if a refund is permitted the tickets will have to be returned by special or recorded delivery and is the responsibility of the sender until the package has been signed for by a member of staff at Europe Calling Ltd. Europe Calling Ltd will then attempt to resell either just the ticket or the ticket and hotel deal on behalf of the client at an agreed rate beforehand by both parties, no exceptions will be accepted under any circumstances. For rescheduled or postponed shows /events that take place less than 6 weeks after the original date scheduled, Europe Calling Ltd may not be able to resell your ticket or cancel your hotel due to the time element or contracts signed by Europe Calling Ltd on behalf of the client to guarantee the initial reservation. In such circumstances only a refund of the face value of the ticket will be applicable and to avoid such circumstances you should consider taking out the option concert cancellation insurance against such an occurrence.

All our hotel and ticket deals include our booking fee (20%-30%), third party commission fee, taxes, hotels, administration. plus a premium priced paid at the time of booking to obtain ticket(s) for the show / event we sell that are usually sold out from main ticket outlets, which reflects on the price we charged. The event organiser/venue reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised arrangements or featured artists, to refuse admission and to request latecomers to await admission until a convenient break. We cannot be held responsible for any amendments made. Admission is at the ticket holder's own risk. We are not in anyway affiliated with any venue, artist, box office or event organiser. We cannot be held liable for any loss, injuries, death, terrorism, act of 'God' or damage sustained while going, leaving or attending any event / show.

As all tickets purchased are in a free and fluctuating market prices and ticket allocation can change at any time. All prices are guaranteed at time of booking as received and availability or prices can change at all times. If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to supply tickets that have been booked, we will do our utmost to supply seats to the best of our ability if not for the booked date then for an alternative date. We cannot be held responsible for suppliers letting us down, or tickets being lost in transit to us. If your first choice of ticket is not available we reserve the right to upgrade or downgrade (partial refund) the order to the next available category, or to cancel the order with a full refund.

Europe Calling Ltd is not in anyway affiliated with any venue, artist, box office or event organiser. We cannot be held liable for any loss, injuries, death, terrorism, act of 'God' or damage sustained while going, leaving or attending any event / show.

Privacy Policy: Europe Calling does not disclose buyers' information to third parties and is only utilised by authorised consultants who may contact you from time to time with similar or new concerts or events. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Deposits can be made for any event by calling our office; deposits are at a rate of 50% of the total booking charge. All deposits are non refundable. Remittance is due no less than 90 days prior to the event / show.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Shipping And Handling All final details for clients resident in the UK are sent Special delivery or Recorded delivery via Royal Mail at a charge of £6. For larger orders this may increase to £10 to cover the additional insurance cover required. Clients in Europe will have tickets mailed to them via Airsure at a charge of £10, again a signed for service by Royal Mail, this also has a compensation cover up to £500. For purchases above this amount we utilise a courier service at a cost of £40. For worldwide customers outside Europe the courier service is compulsory at a cost of £50. On some locations within Europe and the UK for clients that are non resident in the UK, we can arrange a ticket collection at the hotel for a charge of £6 in the UK & £10 to Europe, your hotel details will be sent to you normal airmail post.
